Joseph (Joey) Desai grew up in Botetourt, Virginia while Amar Vugdalic grew up close by in Roanoke, Virginia. They were classmates in college and quickly became friends. After both Amar and Joey graduated from Virginia Tech with Computer Science degrees, they sought a way to combine their love for programming and helping their community.
The idea for ROVA Web was born over a dinner at the local cookout. Its goal?
To help local businesses succeed online by being a one-stop shop for all website needs.
When he’s not designing websites, Joseph enjoys hiking, sports, and taking road trips, bringing the same enthusiasm and energy to his work. His approach combines technical expertise with a personal touch, ensuring that every project reflects the unique needs and goals of the businesses he serves.
When Amar isn’t creating beautiful websites for small businesses, he finds himself using his free time working on his project car, playing sports, and playing with his dog. He loves Roanoke and enjoys using his skill and talents to help his local community grow.
